Heidi Gill had her ass zapped by Richard Kovach a cop from Warren. Heidi Gill was zapped repeatedly by the Ohio police before and after being arrested.

Drew Levinson reports. Heidi Gill is facing a number of criminal charges in connection to the arrest, which was captured on video and shows Heidi Gill being jolted with a Taser in the early morning of Sept. 2 in the parking lot of Up A Creek Tavern, 4793 E. Market St.
